Shipping times may vary depending on order volume and processing times.

All True Scents fragrances are freshly prepared and mixed using our custom formula. Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be processed before shipment.

Once shipped, most orders are delivered within approximately 5–7 business days, depending on the destination and shipping carrier.

In rare cases, delays may occur due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.

We currently ship orders across Canada and the United States.
